Ok i am still serious about the North Carolina rule but, there still can be a few out of state volunteers. Now just because you ask doesn't mean that you will get the spot. You have to really earn it. During beta we will be look for spys but, during full release we are going to be looking for moderators. So, now that you know what's going on please don't ask to become a moderator and don't ask questions(unless it's real emergency). Hope everyone has fun!

Okay, so the rule is basically means that the game will be mainly in North Carolina, and most of the mods will be in NC. So it's like mods from any where just mainly NC :)
